If you have clarity of concepts all through the syllabi for the exam, I. e. 11th and 12th, or at least in more than 1 subjects, you can definitely hope for the best. However, if you're not confident enough yet and have concepts to cover, you might run out of time as for NEET you would be required to practice questions as well, through mock tests or test series. It is suggested that you take a test online for individual subjects, physics, chemistry and biology to check with your present level of understanding and plan accordingly. Especially, if you have a firm grip on 11th syllabus, there are higher chances of scoring well. However, getting a good rank is quite important for MBBS seat in top colleges. Also, it is suggested that to start off you begin with the subjects which you like more than the rest. Clear concepts, take online lectures, practice test series online on daily basis. The eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Food Technology is B.Sc. Food Technology/ B.Sc. Food Science and Technology/ B.Sc. In Dairy Technology/ B.Tech Food Technology or any equivalent field like Life Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, Home Science, etc. While The eligibility criteria of M.Tech Food Technology is B.E. Or B.Tech. (Food Science and Technology or Food Engineering or Dairy Technology or Agricultural and Food Engineering or Biotechnology) or M.Sc. (Food Science and Technology or Dairy Technology or Foods and Nutrition) or equivalent. The admission in M.Tech courses generally based on performance in National level GATE exam. So from above both courses are not equal.

Aeronautical engineering is a sub branch of mechanical engineering. It is a specialisation of mechanical engineering. At Polytechnic level, only few institutions have necessary facilities to offer aeronautical engineering. But at Engineering level studying aeronautical engineering is good. Those studied mechanical engineering at Diploma level I. e Polytechnic are eligible to take or study aeronau tical engineering at Engineering level. So it is better to Study mechanical engineering. Those studied mechanical engineering have the option of joining mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automobile engineering apart from aeronautical engineering. At B.E. /B.Tech level.
