No, candidates can not get into IIIT Hyderabad for BTech without JEE Main. IIT Hyderabad admission process is completely entrance-based for the majority of the programmes. Admission to BTech at IIIT Hyderabad is done on the basis of JEE Main score/ Olympiad (KVPY) or through SPEC (Special Channel of Admission). 

Yes, IIIT Hyderabad offers part-time courses as well. The professionals are encouraged by the institute to enroll in the PG programmes on a part-time basis also.
