To be eligible for the M.Sc. (Hons.) Physics programme at Lovely Professional University (LPU), candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline with Physics as a subject, or hold a B.Tech. degree in fields such as Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering. A minimum aggregate of 55% marks in the qualifying examination is required. LPU also offers a 5% relaxation in eligibility marks for candidates from North-East states, Sikkim, Defence Personnel and their dependents, and wards of Kashmiri migrants. Additionally, candidates are required to qualify the LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) for admission into the program.

This two-year postgraduate programme is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of advanced concepts in physics, blending theoretical knowledge with practical skills. The curriculum includes core subjects like quantum mechanics, statistical physics, nuclear physics, and solid-state physics, complemented by electives that allow specialisation in emerging fields. LPU has really good faculty and infrastructure for B.Arch. The teachers are experienced and friendly, they guide students in every step and help in building a strong design base. Many of them are from top institutes like IITs and NITs and also have real working experience in the field. They focus on both theory and practical learning. The infrastructure is amazing with modern design studios, smart classrooms, model-making labs, construction yards, and computer labs with all the latest software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and more. LPU also has a big central library with all the needed architecture books and journals. Students get a chance to work on live projects and also take part in design competitions. There are industry visits and workshops which give real exposure. Overall, the environment at LPU is very creative and helps students grow in the architecture field.

B.Sc. Airlines, Hospitality and Tourism from Lovely Professional University offers a great mix of hands-on industry training and campus life. The"Practice Aircraft" on campus- an 18-seat simulated cabin for our students to train in, includes working in- flight hospitability and service; this is unique in North India. For pursuing B.Sc Forensic Science you must have minimum of 60% in your 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent.And also LPU has their own entrance exam namely LPUNEST (national entrance and scholarship test), so you must clear that test also.
