1- the application of biotechnological processes and techniques in the processing of food and also guides toward evaluation of processed food.
2- understanding of enzymes useful in food product technology and food processing with respect to production and purification protocols, applications in commodity technologies, and their impact on sensory and nutritional quality.
3- Impart knowledge about different types of toxins found in foods, assessment of food toxins, various food laws and standards.
4- The course focuses on basic fundamental principles of juice processing and different unit operations involved in the processing.
5- cater to the emerging areas of industrial manufacturing, properties and applications of lipids, and their products in food product development. Hope this helps.
