Admission to Emerson College involves the following steps:

Either way it shows that the college is selective in nature. Yes, Indian students can pursue MBBS abroad without taking the NEET exam. However, only a few countries accept Indian students without a NEET score and the number of colleges/universities are also limited. You can study in international universities without NEET in Russia, Canada, Ukraine, the Philippines, and a few other nations.
