The starting salaries are really good and some get exceptionally high packages. With the universities efforts what also matters is how much you work to achieve your dream, Chitkara gives you all the facilities to be successful in every field but you also need to make best use of them. Before starting your preparation you must be clear as to which of the two you want to crack. Its not just a case of which is tougher CAT or GMAT its more a question of which is more appropriate for you. If you are planning to study in India, you can apply for all of the tests. However, if you are planning to study abroad, the GMAT score is essential. Some of the MBA colleges in India that accept CAT XAT scores may also consider the GMAT score. But the best international business schools where GMAT is an essential requirement would never accept these score. A majority of MBA applicants in India take the CAT some opt for the GMAT while o

I would like to answer this question with an anology to chess. But this is true for anny sports, business or any other facet of life. Chess like CAT looks quite tough for a person who has not played the game. They both seem to require a lot of skill and aptitude in order to master it. Like in Chess where becoming Anand is not so easy, so is scoring a Rank 1 or 100percentile in CAT (though with right kind of techniques and hard work it should be possible for most). But any average person can become a grandmaster in Chess provided he gives 5 years and gets a proper training. Similarly in management entrance exam one can get the desired m

XAT is the toughest exam from all the above mentioned. Secrets to crack this exams depends on your speed. More the correct question you attempt more will be your percentile score. More the score so more chances of getting a good college. A student just need to improve their quantitative ability. They need to work hard on improving tier speeds rather than focusing on knowledge. So, to get good score in any of these exams try focusing on more and more shortcuts to solve the questions.

According to these experts, NMAT is more of a speed-based test rather than a test of knowledge. NMAT exam pattern hasnt changed at all in the last two years. Candidates need to attempt 120 questions in 120 minutes. Each section is timed. Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation has 48 questions (to be attempted in 60 minutes), Verbal Ability section has 32 questions (to be attempted in 22 minutes) and Logical & Analytical Reasoning has 40 questions (to be attempted in 38 minutes). Good luck.

The first thing you need to do is have a unshakable belief that you can ace the CAT because you will see lots of ups and downs in these few months so its really important to not to loose focus. Do not stress yourself too much with the preparation. Do not imprison yourself with the preparation plan alone. Spend time doing your favorite activities too. Hard Work is the key to success!Stick with this strategy throughout your preparations and success will follow you. Believe in your strategy and more importantly in yourself. Next you need is a strategy or a game plan for next few months. No one can tell you whats the best way to prepare fo

NMAT is speed based test here plus point is there is no negative marks.SNAP is more or less same as CAT only difference is with g.k. section and you can switch between sections.IIFT is bit difficult to say because the time limit very less according to questions. For g.k. attempt only 4 to 6 question that is enough for sectional cutoff but it should be right .Similarly for DI section attempt only 4 to 5 questions as it is very tough .For rest of sections you have decide no of questions and never I warn you never ever mark an answer in IIFT if you have any doubt. This I am telling you because I missed IIFT call because I have missed only V
