    Yes a B.Ed is a sufficient requirement for becoming a government teacher. You have asked for BCA MCA this too is a good option as in the integrated course you will get the benefits of fee structure. You can also pursue a career in academics if you go for a Ph.D. after MCA. Then you will become a professor in a reputed university.
