Should I accept consortium's counselling invitation? Are Counselling and confirmation fees both refundable after exit If already paid?

I was recently appeared for CLAT 2025, and my All India Rank (general) is 38352. But my All India ST Rank is 721. So is there any chance of getting NALSAR based on my category? Is counselling and confirmation fees both refundable after floating in 1st round and exiting in 4th round.
