This would depend on your interest areas, and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, then M.Tech/ MS is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. Salary is a function of many factors. It is advisable to pursue a course of your interest area, as chances of greater success will be there in doing what you like to do than doing something that doesn't meet your aspirations.

If you choose MBA, you will have both managerial and technical skills. So, there will be higher opportunities for you.

Hello,I'll suggest you to choose MBA over M.Tech. Doing MBA will open more doors for you in future. You possess technical skills and MBA will add managerial skills which is a good combination. All the best.
