Should I continue for JEE Advanced if my predicted score is 140? Can I get into top NITs if I get good marks in Advanced?

    It depends on this year's cut-off. But I think you will qualify for JEE Advanced.
    And, if you appear for JEE Advance and get good marks in it, you will get a top NIT or may be IIT also.

    Most probably, you'll be eligible for JEE Advanced. If you qualify it with a good score getting into an IIT or NIT would not be a big deal. So good luck and prepare well.
