Should I discontinue with CS and pursue LLM?

Currently, I am pursuing BA LLB along with CS (executive level). I have not been able to clear the executive level of CS, though I do not want to quit. I am getting training from the courts and somehow, I am not able to manage the time. I am confused regarding my career.
