If you are willing to get into management and not hard core into technical department or domain, then you can go for MBA. But, if you wish to pursue your career hard core into technical department, then you can happily select M.Tech. It also depends on what subject you select as your specialization, as MBA also offers few selective technical subject as specialized one like MBA (IT) or MBA (operations) etc. So, by this you can be a management professional keeping your specialized subject, as technical one as per your Bachelor's degree.
