    No need to do that.
As you got your choice 1 branch, there is no way to degrade to lower branch or upgrade from there.
You are safe. Your branch will automatically be frozen as you got your first choice.

Not required, after this, you have to visit the college and verify documents so that you can get admission without any problems.

If you already have got the first choice in your choice filling list, then you can't be upgraded any more, so you don't need to freeze your branch. Still if you want to be sure of getting that branch, you may try and freeze it.

Your branch will automatically get frozen but if you want to be safe and if you don't want to take risk then you can fill it too.

It depends on the specific details of the programme you are participating in and the rules surrounding the freeze your branch form. In general, if you have received your desired first choice in the first round and wish to secure that branch, then it may be a good idea to fill out the freeze your branch form. However, if there is a chance that you may be offered a better option in a later round, or if there are other factors to consider, you may want to hold off on filling out the form. It is always best to carefully read through the rules and guidelines of the programme you are participating in and make a decision based on your individ

  • If you have got the desired number 1 choice in the first round of counseling and you are happy with the allotted branch, then you can choose to "freeze your branch" option to secure your admission. Freezing your branch means that you are satisfied with the branch and college allotted to you and do not wish to participate in any further rounds of counseling. However, before making a final decision, you should consider a few things such as your interest in the branch, job prospects, and future career aspirations. You should also keep in mind that once you freeze your branch, you will not be allowed to change it in the subsequent rounds o

There is no need to do that, if this is specifically the course you want and maybe there is another course on higher priority then you may opt for freezing, otherwise floating till the last round is considered the most optimal choice.

Yes, if you get the desired college, you should freeze but if you are expecting a nice college go for slide or float depending on your marks.
All the best for your bright future.

Yes, you qualify for DTU if you received a 60% in your 12th grade.

However, admission is primarily determined by your JEE Main rank rather than your grades.

You have to attend JAC Delhi counseling after JEE.

Therefore, you can get DTU CSE/IT if your JEE score is high.

If your rank is low, you might have to look at other colleges or get a different branch.
