Should I gain some experience to get a job before pursuing MBA? Can I opt for MBA in construction management? I am pursuing BMS.

I have done 10th with 84%, 12th with 79% and BMS, 1st semester with A+. I am interested in construction management.

Yes, pursuing MBA after having work experience is a better option. Corporates do expect MBA pass outs to have working experience. It makes them easy to train the MBA graduates
