    Hi,
    There are several benefits of pursuing MBA after BBA. Masters of Business Administration is 2 years post-graduate degree/Diploma course in which students learn the business and managerial skills. After doing BBA you may get a job but for growing in any field and for higher salary and positions you should opt for an MBA. Good luck.
