Management has been one of the demanding careers nowadays. And many students have been aspiring to make their career and mark their identity in the field of Management. It's the field which is one of the prestigious fields with high salary packages.

It totally depends on various conditions like:-
    -Your family background
    -Your interest
-The opportunity of job (profile, package and brand)
-The higher course which you want to pursue (MBA, PGDM, CA, CMA, CS, MMS, etc.)
One has to consider all these factors before taking those decisions related to career goals.

However, if the aspirant is financially sound than it is advisable to first complete the higher studies part and then apply for a suitable job opportunity. This is because today education system has become quite practical, especially for higher studies. For instance, into MBA the students get an opportunity to interact with top notch alumni and also they get to work into the environment which makes them future ready managers.
