Should I pursue B.Com after 12th with science and then go for SSC or opt for banking sector? I completed my 12th with 71.4% from CBSE board.

Hello Sangeet,
Opting B.Com after 12th PCM but the only problem you will face will be the basics; basic of accounting, basic of economics; basics of business studies etc. 12th is a stepping stone towards your career and the best combination for the graduation and 12th is with the same subjects that you opted for in 12th. However, you can go for B.Com as well but it will require a bit extra of your efforts. You will have to learn the things that a commerce background would already know. I am not demotivating you but making you aware of the facts. -

It's good you have passed 12th from science stream. You may choose any course for your graduation. B.Com is a good to as it helps you to study commerce, management, financial management etc. But remember it needs your interest and knowledge for mathematics. It's up to your interest. Banking and SSC are varied field. However, first set your goal for graduation.
All the best. Thank you! -
It all depends on your area of interest, if you love to go into the banking sector or other PSU jobs continue you graduation be it B.com or BA and parally, prepare for these exams so that you can get more time to prepare for your career goal.
Do not wait for graduation to get over and then start preparing for these exams.
