Should I spend a year to clear CAT with 95+ percentile or should I go for the job in the mean time?
I got 88% in 10th, 82% in 12th & 65% in BE-EEE.

You have a very good profile. To give a straightforward answer, the MBA curriculum is very hectic and if you need to leave job to get above 95 percentile, then think about it. If you consider leaving the job, then aim for 99 percentile.

I would suggest you to go for a job and in the meantime prepare for CAT too and give it a shot next year. -
If you have a dream to clear CAT and pursue management studies from the top institutions and you have the ability to concentrate on both job and preparation, then you can do both things together. But, if you cannot focus on both things at a time, then focus on a single task and work hard to accomplish it. Once you accomplished it, more opportunities will come to your way. All the best. -
Getting the highest percentile is totally based on your hard work. Secondly, you need to do a lot of practice.
