Should I take a drop for B.tech (CSE) and join NIT or IIITs OR persue BCA from IPU?

Aim: Being a Software Engineer. Interests: more in practical knowledge ( programming). Higher edu.: Want to persue MS in computer science from Germany. Pls Ans this asap.
