Should I wait for the CAP rounds or book a seat for BIMHRD? I have scored 75.58 percentile in CET and got selected in BIMHRD for finance.

    I have no clue about BIMHRD, however, your CET percentile is low to get into top colleges. It is always good to do MBA from good colleges with good placement records.
