Sir I have scored 63%tile and got 3,99,826 rank in jee mains paper-1 in 2020(general)..my home state is Odisha.Is it enough to get (CSE) in VSSUT BURLA?

Frankly speaking, I'm not confident. However, this year there's a chance that you may get selected as people would like to study in their home state due to COVID. So you will get clarity after attending the counselling. Also your branch preferences matter like you can opt for a Metallurgy/Production Engg/etc. Also dual degree is another option at vssut.
