Dear Mohoshin, Yes, it is possible to pursue B.Tech through lateral entry in LPU if you fulfill the eligibility criteria. I recommend you visit the LPU website for eligibility criteria. One of my friends also did BTech(Lateral) in EEE from LPU and got placed in an MNC. LPU provides very good opportunities to all the students of the EEE department. There are some facts that you would also like about the School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering in LPU. Placements: LPU has a good placement record for EEE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are BOSCH, Microsoft, Code Nation, Adobe, etc. in which students of EEE are placed. The highest package offered for the ECE programme at LPU is 31 LPA. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, and top-ranked universities all over the world.
