Yes, you can definitely do B.Tech after Diploma. For admissions, 2020, the admissions are being done online and the eligibility criteria to seek admission in B.Tech (lateral entry) is Pass with 60% in Diploma (Engg.) (any stream) (3yrs. after 10th or 2 yrs after 10+2(Non-Medical)) or B.Sc (Non-medical)/ B.Sc(Computer Science) or equivalent. 5 years agoThe eligibility for B.Tech Lateral entry is 60% in Diploma (Engg.) (any stream) (3yrs. after 10th or 2 yrs after 10+2(Non Medical)) or B.Sc (Non- medical)/ B.Sc(Computer Science) or equivalent + LPUNEST. So, You have to qualify an entrance test NEST. Registration is already started for the same.
You can apply for an entrance test NEST from this link- https://nest.lpu.in/let/index.php
Last date to apply is 31st March.Test will be conducted in the month of April from 5th- 30th April. Result will be declared by 4th May.Then you have to participate in an online counseling from 4th May-9th May -
