Suppose if I get less marks in maths in 12th but according to the best 4 my percentage is 97% or above will I be able to get admission?

    Yes, best 4 percentage matters.
    You just need to have a passing mark in the 5th subject.

    Your question is not clear less means what? You need to clear in all subjects. The admission is based on best of four. So you can eliminate the subject in which you score lowest marks.
