There is no registration fees while applying for BCA, infact they are taking the semester fees which is 10000 or 40000 respectively.

My question is that if I couldn't get admission in there and I had submitted the semester fee via applying for BCA while registration, then is my money refundable or not?

Surely anyone can get admission. If you don't get admission then your fee will be refunded into the respective account used for payment after your visit to the university.
