to get highest package what should be the requirement of the company at the time of placement and is there student exchange program?

Hello Akash , FMS has exchange progams with various reputed international universities like Imperial College business School, London School of Economics, University of Cologne and many more. Talking about placements, there is no predefined criteria to get the highest package from any company. You should have a fair amount of PORs, and other academic or extra curricular achievements which will make your CV good. However, they neither guarnatee you a good placememt nor the absence of these would land you in a not so good company. You just need to have the required skills in whatever profile you are applying for.
