Your Profile looks good. I will say you have a fair chance, not a very good one though due to your 10th and 12th percentages.
Still since the selection in BITS is profile based, you stand a fair chance of getting a call for GD/Pi.

Unfortunately, you are not going to get a call from BITS Pilani, as you are ineligible from one of the criteria. Your Engineering aggregate percentage is below 60.
The eligibility for BITS Pilani MBA is as below: -
BE/B.Tech in Engineering or a Master's Degree in any discipline from any recognized university or any integrated first degree of BITS. Candidates should have obtained minimum of 60% aggregate marks in qualifying degree. -
