Your question is very straight so i would like to keep it simple.
Placements when it comes to CSE is best among all other branches at LPU. Do not feel concerned about the highest package that was offerd in the past rather emphasize on the opportunities you can get at LPU. Trust me you will see a Company daily in the campus for recruitment, in 2015 a total 64 companies visited the campus for CSE. Few of them are :
Cognizant : Usually the first company of the season(visits in aug or sept every year)recruited 329 , 610 ,550 candidates from 2014 ,15 ,16 batches respectively out of which 164, 270 , 211 students were from CSE department. Pkg :

During my graduation, I've seen many reputed multinational companies make their way into the university every year. It offers best placements Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Mahindra, Wipro, Capgemini, etc recruit on campus. It also has a record of placing almost 600+ students in one day which is really great. The placement cell of LPU works really hard to make sure that maximum students get placed. Faculty makes sure that the Student goes through thorough training before the placement.
