This year, the highest package was 12 lacs offered by Amazon India and average is near to 3.5 Lakhs as placements are going on. So, maybe, highest package may increase.

Being alumni of LPU, I can share the details of the placements scenario at LPU.
LPU created a new record in the whole of North India by placing its student Tanya Arora with Microsoft, who bagged a package of 42 LPA.
Besides, other record-breaking placements for LPU includes:
Highest Placement (Engineering) Rs. 42 lakh per annum (Microsoft)
Highest Placement (Management) Rs. 19.75 lakh per annum (SOBHA Developers)
Highest Placement (Design) Rs. 36.5 lakh per annum (SIXT India)
Amazon recruited LPU students on a package of 28 LPA
The highest internship stipend is up to 80k per month. (which is really hard to get in other universities)

The most common and important thing is usually being asked for every college or university.
LPU has very good records of placements in almost every program.I have spent 4 years in LPU and yes of course I have been placed in good company with the handsome package. Honestly saying LPU has a great role in this. When I joined LPU I was not good at speaking, presenting but LPU gave me all required inputs through PEP classes and Soft Skill Classes which actually groomed me. LPU has a separate department of career services which help students in every step As per last year record of LPU The average packages in CSE are from 4 to 10lakh per ann
