Opinions about Mangalore University's MBA programme are largely mixed. Some students value the inexpensive tuition, experienced teachers, and beautiful campus setting. The curriculum is deemed robust, with a decent balance of theoretical and practical knowledge. Some critics, however, argue for improved infrastructure, stronger industry contacts, and more extensive placement prospects. Alumni assessments frequently remark that, while the university delivers a good education, proactive students who seek internships and networking opportunities on their own tend to profit the most.

- Permanent faculty is really good (exception exists) but the guest faculty are not good enough because they are made to work more than they are paid for so they usual seem unintrested.
- Most guest faculty members use powerpoint presentations and are not good at their teaching skills.
- Teaching is not at post graduation level
- Students don't come there to study and are always intrested in * programms and whosoever is not intrested are not usually left alone
