What are the academic requirement for an Indian student in Kwantlen Polytechnic University fro Diploma in computer information system?
I have overall 6.5 bands not less than 6 in IELTS and in +2, I have scored 48 in maths, 55 in physics and 59 in chemistry. I want to pursue computer information system Diploma in KPU.

You have to write to them, your IELTS score is alright, however the math score can be a little issue. Also, check here:
