    The primary advantage of having ethical hackers on a company's payroll is that the hackers are allowed to test a company's security measures in a controlled, safe environment. These hackers can help companies determine which of their computer security measures are effective, which measures need updating, and which ones pose little to no deterrent to dangerous intruders.     Ethical hacking is a very controversial term. It sounds very contradictory but surprisingly it holds a lot of advantages. Any company that has ethical hackers on the roll with them have added advantages:
    The hackers can test the security measures implemented by the company on their sites, software and data.This way they have timely option to improve security
