<p>The AILET eligibility criteria for the LLM programmeme are as follows:</p><p><strong>Educational Qualification:</strong></p><p>Candidates must have obtained an LLB degree or a graduation degree in any stream from a recogniseed university.</p><p><strong>Minimum Marks:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>General &amp; OBC:</strong> Minimum of 50% marks in the graduation degree examination.</li><li><strong>SC/ST/PwD:</strong> Minimum of 45% marks in the graduation final examination.</li></ul><p><strong>Appearing for Final Year LLB:</strong></p><ul><li>Candidates who are appearing for their final year/semester of the LLB programmeme in the year of the AILET exam are also eligible to apply. However, they must have completed their LLB degree with the minimum qualifying marks by the time of admission.</li></ul><p><strong>Age Limit:</strong></p><ul><li>There is no age limit for appearing in the AILET exam, including the LLM programmeme.</li></ul>
