    The best government. College of India Offering astronomy and astrophysics are:
    IIST KERELA, IISC - BANGALORE, IISER - branches, Indian Institute of astrophysics (the best in the country).

    and IUAP (Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics) Pune.
