What are the best NITs or IIITs in which I can apply? I got CRL rank of 8112 in JEE Mains 2017 and SC category rank of 128.

    Your rank is very good. Yes, you can get an NIT.
    For getting admission in IIT, you need to qualify JEE Advanced.
