Yes, Mathematics in Class 12 is compulsory to get admissions into the BArch course at Sir M.V. School of Architecture. The minimum eligibility criteria required by the institute to get admissions into the BArch course is that candidates must complete their Class 12 from PCM with 50%/ Diploma after Class 12 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved category candidates).

It is tough to compare which institution is easier to get admissions into for the BArch course among BMS College of Architecture and Sir M.V. School of Architecture. Because the eligibility requirements for admission to this course are almost the same, in which firstly, candidates are required to complete their Class 12 from the Science stream with an aggregate of 50%. Moreover, the selection process is based on candidates' achieved scores in KCET/NATA/COMEDK BArch.

The tuition fee for BArch courses at MV School of Architecture is INR 5.2 lakh, and the tuition fee for BArch at RV College of Architecture is INR 14.1 lakh. Conclusively, the tuition fees of M.V. School of Architecture are more affordable than R.V.
