Central University of Tamil Nadu offers BSc (Hons) courses in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Physics, and Mathematics specialisations. Now, it is hard to compare which is the best BSc (Hons) course, because each specialisation has a distinctive curriculum, career objectives, etc. Therefore, an applicant must choose the course according to their career preferences, choices, etc.

No, applicants are not allowed to get direct admission to the BSc (Hons) courses at the Central University of Tamil Nadu. For admission, applicants are required to complete their Class 12 from the Science stream with a decent score and must hold valid scores in CUET UG. Additionally, on the official sources available, the university does not mention any provision for direct admission explicitly.

The eligibility requirements and selection process for admission to the BSc (Hons) course at  Gandhigram Rural Institute and CUTN are almost similar, in which candidates are required to complete their Class 12 from a relevant stream and must have secured a valid score in CUET UG. Moreover, another factor to consider is which institute is it easier to get admission into for the BSc (Hons) course; one can compare the cutoff for the BSc (Hons) course from the links provided below:

CU Tamil Nadu offers a four-year BSc (Hons) programme at the UG level. Candidates have to decide which university is better compared to other colleges/ universities. Comparing CU Tamil Nadu with other colleges offering BSc (Hons), particularly in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biotechnology specialisations, candidates should understand the parameters they think are important. Candidates can compare the Return on Investment (ROI) that they can expect after the course. To do this, they need to compare course fees and placement records of different universities.
