    The full forms for all of these are as follows:
    PGP-Post Graduate Program
    PGDM-Post Graduate Diploma in Management
    FPM-Fellow Program in management
    ABM-AgriBusiness Management
    Most of the things are clear by the full forms itself.
    PGP is a two-year postgraduate program offered by most of the colleges.
    PGDM or Post Graduate Diploma in Management is offered by autonomous institutions as they cannot offer MBA.
    FPM is a Ph.D/fellowship in management. Generally, people interested in research in management related fields do this course.

    All the programs are under PGP in IIMs.
    PGDM -post graduate diploma in management is a two year program which requires Jo working experience to get Admission in it you can opt in. Marketing, HR, Finance and other streams.
    FPM- The professional course! You need to have some prior experience or some strong inclination proof to join this course. The course takes 4 6 years to complete - depends on how you complete your FPM thesis. It is similar to a PhD. You become a research scholar during the course and get paid for you work with professors on campus. You mostly become a professor or a researcher with a private/public firm after this cour
