    try for the online courses. they are free and very good in length with international lecturers.

    Well in order to make a career in Instructional Designing, it is always advised to pursue the course, acquire the skill sets required, etc. The skill sets usually required are :
    1. Design a Task Analysis
    2. Develop Criterion Tests and Performance Measures
    3. Develop Interactive Instructional Materials
    4. Validate the Interactive Instructional Materials
