The cutoff marks required for B.Sc vary depending on the institution and the specialization. However, some general guidelines are:

    - A minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology as compulsory subjects.

The minimum score needed for a B.Sc. depends on the program, the university, and the year of admission. However, the majority of B.Sc. programs have a minimum cutoff point in physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) of roughly 60%. Candidates who belong to SC/ST may have a lower cutoff.
