Honestly, there isn't a strict “cutoff marks” number for BBA at GIBS like you'd find for PGDM. For BBA, what's most important is your 12th board percentage rather than an entrance score. You need around 60% in Class 12 to be eligible—that's like the minimum requirement.

keep in mind that admission isn't just about your marks. GIBS also looks at how you perform in the group discussion and personal interview, plus your overall academic record, extracurriculars, and stuff like that.

For BBA at GIBS Bangalore, there is no strict cutoff like entrance exams. Normally, if you score around 60% or above in your 12th boards, you are eligible to apply.

GIBS mainly looks at your overall performance, confidence, and interest in management during the admission process, not just marks.

So, keeping your 12th score above 60% and showing good interest in business studies is enough to get into GIBS.

    • The cutoff marks required for admission to the BBA programme at GIBS Business School, Bangalore, are merit-based with candidates needing to have passed or be appearing in 10+2 (Class 12) from a recognised board.
    • Specifically, the eligibility includes securing a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Class 12.
    • Admission shortlisting is based on academic performance (10th & 12th), followed by group discussion, personal interview, extracurriculars, and other criteria.
    • No specific entrance exam cutoff is mentioned for BBA as it is primarily merit-based.

To get into the BBA programme at GIBS Bangalore, you should have at least 50% marks in your 12th standard, but to be honest, 60% or more is much safer and gives you a better chance. GIBS looks at more than just your marks though—they also consider your overall personality, any activities you've done outside class, and how you perform in their selection process (like group discussions or interviews). So, if you've done well in school and show good communication and confidence, you've got a solid shot.

GIBS Bangalore does not have a specific cutoff for BBA admissions, as it focuses on a holistic selection process. The admissions are based on academic performance in Class 12, followed by personal interviews and other criteria to assess the overall potential of the candidate.

This approach ensures that deserving students with the right attitude and passion for learning get an opportunity to join GIBS. It's a great place to start your career journey with excellent learning and development opportunities!
