You can choose any date in the given slot, if you talk about syllabus, then revise the complete class 11th and class 12th syllabus, and pattern of exam is same as JEE Mains MCQ based 120 questions from PCM.

If you are much concerned about the date of examination, then I would say not to worry. LPU NEST has different phases with a given span of date. You can avail any of them according to your convenience. And, syllabus is what you have studied in your +2 or equivalent level. But yes, on the question pattern there will be questions related to English, just to check your grammatical knowledge and English skills.

Online registration has started in the 1st week of November 2017 and the last date to apply is 28th February 2018.
Whatever you have studied in your class 12th, same syllabus will be there. There will be an online exam. A minimum of 60% is compulsory in class 12th.

If the candidate is not satisfied with his/her marks in LPU NEST, he/she can retake the examination in the subsequent phases which will be conducted throughout the year. LPU has allowed attempts for the same examination so that students can improve their scores and become eligible for scholarship. It is advisable to use this time between retakes for focusing on weak areas, practicing more mock tests, and revising key concepts to perform better on the next attempt.

For the purpose of effective preparation, LPU NEST is suggested to spend around 2 to 3 hours a day studying for about 4 to 6 hours before the exam. This would be divided into revision, practicing mock tests, and weaker subject focus. Regular practice of past papers and mock tests helps speed, accuracy, and time management needed on the exam day.

Revision should be given utmost importance before appearing for the LPU NEST exam. It strengthens what has been studied, increases self-confidence, and helps recall important concepts, formulas, and definitions. Constant revision of important topics will help improve speed and accuracy on the examination, thus increasing chances of scholarships and admissions.

In order to manage time wisely during the LPU NEST examination, candidates should start their preparation by having some knowledge about the exam pattern and syllabus. Candidates should take up regular timed mock tests that have a similar environment as the real exam in order to keep on improving with their speed and accuracy. It would be best to start with the questions with which candidates feel comfortable. Leaving out difficult questions would allow the candidates to return to them later, if time permits. Some target-setting, mini-deadlines for each section, should help ensure that pacing remains in balance. There are a few calcula
