1. A completed visa application form with a valid passport of at least 2 years beyond the intended duration of stay in Cyprus.
2. A recent certificate of yours determining good conduct. This has to be issued by the Indian government preferably six months prior to the beginning of your academic semester.
3. You will also require medical reports and health certificate issued by a recognised medical professional. These include a valid and attested health certificate for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, and chest X-ray for tuberculosis. It is important that you ensure that these are obtained less than four months before to your visa interview.
