The MH CET Law merit list is based on the following factors:
- Marks scored in the MH CET Law entrance exam: This is the most important factor, and the marks obtained by each candidate in the entrance exam are given a weightage of 80%.
- Category of the candidate: Candidates belonging to various reserved categories, such as Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Persons with Disabilities (PWD), are given weightage for their category.
