    Dear Puneet,
The classes at LPU normally start at 8 am and end at 6 pm. It depends on the courses and availability. Moreover, sometimes only 3 or 4 classes are there.
My sister did BA in JMC from LPU itself. The program is designed to expose students to all dimensions of Print, Electronic, and New Age Media.
As we all know, Mass Communication is a medium of dispersing information to many people.
The term is not limited to only journalism but spreads its branches to various other media fields including newsgathering and reporting, film direction and production, event management, public relations, advertising, corporate communication, and th

    Hi Puneet,
Like all the University classes, timing would be 9 Am to 5 Pm. Open Minor is also available in journalism ad mass communication. A set of four elective courses outside discipline to develop additional skills. The courses from unrelated area, help in pursuing the area of interest of students (e.g. courses from photography, animation etc. for an engineering student). Student can choose Indian or Foreign language courses as per their interest, to have an upper edge and enhance their CV.
I hope this would be helpful.

LPU's placement record is generally strong but varies by course and student performance. Top branches like CSE, IT, and some core engineering and management programs see better placements, with big companies like Microsoft, Google (via off-campus), Amazon, Cognizant, Accenture, and Infosys visiting over the years. A few students do get very high packages, but these are exceptions, not the norm. Many students get average packages in the range of 4–6 LPA, especially in mass-recruitment roles. Your skills, internships, projects, communication, and networking matter more than just the college name, even at LPU or any other university.

hi,

Law placements at LPU are decent and growing, but you should keep realistic expectations. Top and proactive students usually secure internships and jobs in law firms, corporate legal departments, litigation chambers, NGOs, and LPOs. The university regularly organizes moot courts, legal aid camps, internships, and interactions with advocates and judges, which help in networking. However, like most law colleges (except a few NLUs), campus placements are not guaranteed for everyone. A lot depends on your mooting, drafting skills, internships, research work, communication, and initiative. If you build a strong CV, LPU can provide platf

Seat allotment during the LPU NEST counselling effectively takes place based on your merit (exam) rank, as well as the preferences you fill to course/specialisations while you log in to the portal for admissions after your results are out. After you log in to the counselling portal after the results go out, you need to honestly fill your choices of course/specialization. LPU will then look for which rank you are in the merit list, check availabilities, and allocate seats accordingly based on your previously chosen course/specialization seats and rank. The seat allotment process of counseling purely works on merit, so the students who s
