In B.A journalism and mass communication, there are so many minors available for the students, the students can go for open electives i.e they can choose any subject of any field specific minor to name few are computer aided design,set design,the science behind vasstu. Dear Puneet, The classes at LPU normally start at 8 am and end at 6 pm. It depends on the courses and availability. Moreover, sometimes only 3 or 4 classes are there. My sister did BA in JMC from LPU itself. The program is designed to expose students to all dimensions of Print, Electronic, and New Age Media. As we all know, Mass Communication is a medium of dispersing information to many people. The term is not limited to only journalism but spreads its branches to various other media fields including newsgathering and reporting, film direction and production, event management, public relations, advertising, corporate communication, and the list continues.
