What are the new changes in cuet 2025

<p>The structure of CUET with respect to the 2025 academic session has changed by UGC. One prominent change is the simplification in terms of shedding off subjects from the examination, with the number reduced from 63 to just 37.</p><p>It therefore focuses on streamlining and emphasizing core subjects so that students spend less on subjects. Up to this date, candidates had to choose from among six subjects but may now choose up to five subjects.</p><p>This would mean a better subject choice for students as they would be able to choose them based on their planned study; however, one major thing is the mode of conducting those tests now, fully switching to computer mode. Besides, the computerized total examination process is expected to make everything more functional and clear. All CUET-UGs would also act in a common manner with the time of bagging 60 Minutes, making void some varied lengths of exams.&nbsp;</p>
