The passing marks for the AIBE (All India Bar Examination) 2024 are based on the category of the candidate:

    • General/OBC candidates: Minimum of 40% marks (i.e., 40 out of 100).
    • SC/ST candidates: Minimum of 35% marks (i.e., 35 out of 100).

This means candidates must achieve these scores to pass the exam and receive the Certificate of Practice from the Bar Council of India (BCI), allowing them to practice law in India.
