    1. 10+2 Marksheet: Copy of Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th grade mark sheet). 

    2. Entrance Exam Scorecard: The scorecard for AP EAMCET is handed over with results. 

    3. Proof of Identity :- A government-issued ID as Aadhar card, voter ID, or passport.

    4. Caste Certificate (if applicable): Valid caste certificate application for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) has to be provided.

    Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science Admission based on Entrance exam EAMCET (UG) and PGCET (PG). 

    Document Required for application process For EAMCET (UG)

    1. Candidates Should have passed at the 10+2 level from the Science stream.
    2. You must taken mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional Subject.
    3. Candidates Must be at least 17 year of age to apply.
    4. You must qualify EAPCET. 
    5. Domicile certificate (optional).
    6. You have to upload your Passport size photo and signature.
