Below are the Aalto University application requirements for international students:

Undergraduate application requirements:

Applicants need not pay any application fee and can directly apply to the university.
Applicants can obtain recommendations from teachers who have taught them core academic subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, or social studies. Additionally, a recommendation from the school’s college counselor is required. However, if the school doesn't have a counsellor, the students can get a recommendation from a school administrator like a principal or an academic advisor.  This isn’t compulsory however, it would add value to the applicants.</li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">The applicant should submit the school report and the official transcript, including all secondary school courses. </li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">Applicants must also submit additional English Langauge requirements.</li></ul>Graduate application requirements:<ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">Applicants must submit Academic transcripts.</li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">The undergraduate degree must be equivalent to 180 ECTS credits or three years of full-time study if they are applying for Masters courses. </li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">The degree must give eligibility to apply for master’s degree studies at a university in the awarding country.</li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">All the required application documents must be submitted by the deadline.</li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">The awarding higher education institution has to be a recognised part of the official national education system of the country.</li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">Applicants must also submit additional English Langauge requirements.</li></ul>
