Lovely Professional University (LPU) is a multi-faculty institution offering 145+ programmes in Regular and ODL mode, in a state-of-the-art hi-tech campus. LPU Campus is a complete world in itself, having 30,040 students in regular mode and 31273 in ODL mode, including around 1800 foreign students from 39 countries, and 4500+ faculty/staff. LPU was established under The Lovely Professional University Act, 2005 (Punjab Act no. 25 of 2005) and is recognised by UGC. LPU is a member of the Association of Indian Universities, Association of Commonwealth Universities, UK and International Association of Universities, France.

There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognitions and accreditation down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities.

They have good faculty and good infrastructure. They provide very good study ambiance and are very up to date with the latest developments. Overall culture in the university seems to be good. The diversity of students from different cultures and different countries offers a good learning B.Ed to learn and develop a more inclusive mindset. This mindset helps in being more accommodating and less judgmental in personal and professional life. Scholarship programs up to 100% for brilliant scholars-LPU provides scholarships to sports personnel, wards of Defence personnel like ARMY, NAVY, AIRFORCE etc. Apart from that LPU conducts LPU NEST where student can score good and can grab 50% scholarship. Campus- LPU's campus is one of the largest lush green campuses of India which is spread over 900+ acres. Gym, Hi Speed 24 Hrs free Wi-Fi service, Swimming pool. Very good central Library of 6 floors and huge collection of text-books and reference books. The campus has its own hospital, hotel and a mall. The classes are well-designed with all the latest amenities available. Placements-The students of LPU has been placed in the top companies with high salary packages. The placements have been divided as dream packages and bulk recruiters. Apart from placements, many eminent companies approach LPU to hire students for internships.
